Shipping of your package
Parcels are generally shipped within 5 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered with or without signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional charges. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your parcel online. Parcels can also be delivered to a pickup point or locker. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Some products in our catalogue may be unavailable, but orders can be placed. Please allow approximately 15 to 30 days for delivery depending on our supplier's availability.
