Shipment of your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. They are sent via COLISSIMO with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and require a signature upon delivery. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional fees. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one individually. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
